Unleash what’s possible

Jeanine Sames

Team Leader, LM Implementation Management

EBTS

Guardian colleague since 2019

Jeanine was nominated by Celena Graham, Cindi Spear, Kathy Warnke, and Kim Coley for her hard work learning and leveraging technology to improve reporting in the Large Market space.

Jeanine’s leadership in using Smartsheet helped create a more efficient way for the Large Market implementation and case set up teams to track and report on Large Market new business and add issue plans. She also used Smartsheet to facilitate sending and tracking 1000+ customer surveys resulting in a significant reduction in turnaround time for survey responses, which has allowed the team to quickly address and adjust based on any opportunities identified on the surveys.

What Kim Coley had to say
It’s amazing how far the tracking and reporting of the LM business has come thanks to Jeanine's willingness to learn Smartsheet and create a better way forward for the entire team and business. Jeanine’s work ensured consistent information was being captured, she educated the team on what they would need to track during the implementation/setup process, she put triggers in place to send reminders to the team to ensure actions were completed on time, and she launched several dashboards to provide real-time reporting that are already making a difference.
What Jeanine had to say
I have enjoyed this work. Figuring out a way to make the data we track more accessible and visible for our teams and leadership has been rewarding. What has meant the most to me is the team’s involvement. Their willingness to learn it, use it, and to provide suggestions on how to improve it has made our use of Smartsheet successful.
