Maggie Heffelfinger

Without Maggie’s guidance, we would not have been able to move the needle across this work. She unleashed what we thought was impossible and proved it was truly possible. She’s a pivotal part of the Claims organization and she is a go-to for many of our internal partners, as she always puts the needs of others first. She has and continues to be a wonderful champion for change as we continue through this transformational period within our organization.

This recognition shows we are all empowered to lead in our work, to help solve problems, and work across teams to improve our departments and businesses. This is a tremendous honor and I simply wanted to prove to myself that I could do this work and help our backlog in claims.
