Eric saw there was a gap when it came to financial wellness and seized the opportunity to create and disseminate financial education for Guardian colleagues. Through his work, he has proven his ability to provide a significant impact for Guardian colleagues. His deep knowledge and understanding of Guardian’s benefit offerings, his ability to effectively communicate them, and his genuine care for the well-being of others demonstrates that he lives by all of Guardian’s Values. All those that interact with him can see that his passion for providing financial wellness is unparalleled.

This work gives me a special sense of purpose, as I know I’m able to help our colleagues with their financial well-being – something so unique and personal to them. I’ve succeeded if I’m able to give one of our colleagues a little nugget of vital financial information that makes a difference for them and their financial future.
